1. How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 3-10 business days to process your order. You will receive an email let you know your order is on the way!

2. Can I pick up my order from your store?

No we dont currently offer instore pickup. all orders must ship at this time. 

3. Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery for addresses within 5-10 miles of our shop. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. If the local delivery option is available, you will be able to select it. Orders placed before 11am or during store hours (11am-5pm) will be delivered the next day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered on the next day we are open. You will receive an email with real-time tracking information when your order is ready for delivery.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally shipped within 2-10 days using the United States Postal Service. The delivery time may vary depending on your location. Please note that we currently only ship within the United States.

5. What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

7. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, if you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Can I return personalized or custom items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized or custom items as they are specially made for you. However, if there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship of the item, please contact us at support@fndmntls.shop, and we will assist you.

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at support@fndmntls.shop. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
